Make it easy for divers loaded down with heavy scuba gear and sunken treasure to re-board your ship with the JIF Sport/Dive Ladder. This ladder is available with three or four steps, is constructed of stainless steel, and can support up to 400 pounds. The unique center vertical design allows plenty of room on the steps for fins while the traction molding provides sure footing for fin-covered or bare wet feet. Furthermore, when attached to the transom, the ladder rests at an angle as opposed to vertical, so climbing aboard is more akin to walking up stairs than climbing a ladder.
The ladder attaches to the transom with the included quick-release mounting bracket; a pair of tabs slide into a recessed channel on the bracket for secure mounting. A pair of sturdy plastic clamps are also included with the ladder and provide extra stability.
