Permanently or temporarily mount the JIF 4-Step Folding Deck Ladder to your pontoon boat so your guests have an easy and safe way to re-board when they are ready to dry off. The ladder mounts to the deck via six-inch long gudgeons and a set of flush-mounted keyhole brackets. The brackets securely hold the ladder in place but allow for easy removal. The ladder also folds up with the bottom two steps folding up to be held in place by a nylon strap, and the gudgeons also allow the entire ladder to fold up onto the deck.
When deployed, a padded standoff rests against the pontoon log to add stability to the ladder, and the vinyl pad serves two purposes: it keeps the ladder from sliding around and protects the pontoon log from marring or damage. The ladder can support up to 300 pounds and is constructed of anodized aluminum tubes and injection-molded plastic steps. The steps have molded tread for comfort and a better footing. Mounting hardware is included.
