Need to Return a Product to SavvyBoater.com?

SavvyBoater.com is committed to providing outstanding customer service. We will gladly refund your purchase price or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

-- Have not been used
-- Are in their original packaging and properly packaged to avoid damage
-- Include all parts, hardware or instructions
-- Are not custom or special orders

In order for us to properly credit your account, a Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany all goods being returned to us. To request a RA#, please contact SavvyBoater.com Customer Service at 866-560-1330. In many cases, we will also issue a call tag to expedite return shipping.

Once we have received your return and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund or credit will be issued. Items that are returned damaged or incomplete will be subject to a restocking fee. Items being returned to us C.O.D. will be refused.

Packing and Sending Your Return

It is imperative that each item being returned be packaged in its original shipping carton, using the same packaging materials and component placement as received from the factory. The outside of each package should be clearly marked with the RGA number that was issued by our customer service department. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or FedEx for shipment.

Refunds

In most instances, a full refund, excluding outbound shipping costs, will be issued for any returned products when the return meets the above requirements. Some products may incur a restock fee.  We will inform you at the time you request an RGA, or, you may ask one of our customer service representatives about restock fees at ay time.  Full shipping costs will only be credited in those instances where the return is a result of our shipping error.

Warranties

SavvyBoater.com honors most manufacturer's warranties and will gladly assist you in making warranty claims. Review your manufacturer warranty information before contacting us will greatly expedite the warranty claim process. In most cases, manufacturer warranties cover product workmanship and defects but do not cover damage caused by wear and tear. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us.
