Please allow 2-3" of clearance around back of cooler for ventilation and for cord clearance.

If mounted in a confined space, some circulation for heat dissipation is required.

Heat generated by unit is about equivalent to a small light bulb, unit may be warm to the touch under operation, but should be cool enough to touch comfortably and a fan helps dissipate heat from the unit.
