Bass Boat Covers
Bass Boats have evolved from from basic fishing boats to become high performance machines with a number of features specialized for catching bass and other warm water species. Earlier models, sometimes called "bathtub" bass boats or "bomber style" bass boats bear little resembalence to the current models. Over time, popular brands such as Ranger, Triton, Tracker, Skeeter and Nitro have developed a number of innovative designs featuring shallow drafts and wide fishing platforms fore and aft. In the 1990's bass boat models began to grow wider, often reaching a beam of 96", getting close to the widest trailerable width. In the 21st century, bass boat styles have maintained the wide width, but shifted floor plans and hull shape to provide even more performance. Our bass boat covers are equipped to accomodate these styles.
Of course these are generalities, as there are nearly as many bass boat designs as there are manufacturers. The following style listings will take you to a page offering a little more information on the bass boat style, to help you find just the right boat cover for your bass boat.
