Customer Service Associate
The customer service associate will respond to inquiries (email, live chat or phone) from shoppers and customers on our ecommerce sites. In addition, the position will perform administrative tasks associated with our ecommerce orders.
Web Content Developer
The Web Content Developer will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and organizing products, writing product and category descriptions and uploading content to our websites via our Americommerce content management system. You will report to our Ecommerce Manager as a key member of our ecommerce team.
Marketing Intern - Ecommerce
The Marketing Intern will report to our Ecommerce Manager and assist our ecommerce team with product research, price analysis, content development and social media marketing. You will receive initial training by members of our team and have the opportunity to assume increasing responsibilities as you become proficient. The position offers the potential to become a permanent position at the end of the three month internship.
