If you live outside the United States or Canada and are interested in purchasing items listed on this site, please request a shipping quote using the form at the bottom of this page. In response to your request we will provide the best rate quote and an expedited option (if available). Please note that the minimum order value for items shipping outside the United States or Canada is $100.00.

Shipping Timelines:
Shipping timelines can vary due to stock status and shipping method. For those reasons, an estimated shipping timeline (2-3 weeks, for example) will be provided on any rate quote request.
All International shipments are handled through our headquarters location in Tigard, Oregon, USA. Items will be consolidated from our warehouses or distribution partners, packed and documented as required. International orders will typically leave the warehouse in 5 to 7 business days.
Submitting Your Order:
We normally handle international order secure payment through PayPal. Once we have confirmed your order with you, we will email you a complete quote along with information to complete your secure transaction through PayPal.
We can also accept payment for international orders by fax or telephone.

All requests for a quote must include: Part Names/Numbers, Item Quantity, Billing Information, and a Full Shipping Address.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (GMT - 8 Hours) or Pacific Daylight Time (GMT-7) in Summer.
Payment Terms:
We accept credit cart payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note: all taxes, duties and other surcharges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns:
We do not to offer returns or exchanges on items that are shipped internationally. In the rare circumstance that an item arrives defective, any return claim must be handled under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
If the incorrect item is shipped to you by mistake, we will provide a full refund less outbound shipping costs. However, we require photo documentation of the discrepency and reserve the right to make a final decision on any refund requests.
