Please note that the minimum order value for items shipping outside the United States is $100.00.

Shipping Timelines:
Shipping timelines can vary due to stock status and shipping method. For those reasons, an estimated shipping timeline (1-2 weeks, for example) will be provided on any rate quote request.
Depending on the details, Canadian orders may be consolidated at our headquarters office from our various warehouses or distribution partners, or items may be shipped individually. We will look for the most cost effective way to get them to you..
Submitting Your Order:
We now handle Canadian order secure payment through PayPal. Once we have confirmed your order with you, we will email you a complete quote along with the information to complete your secure transaction through PayPal.
We can also accept payment for international orders by fax or telephone.

All requests for a quote must include: Part Names/Numbers, Item Quantity, Billing Information, and a Full Shipping Address.

Payment Terms:
We accept Payment with PayPal, or credit cart payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note: all taxes, duties and other surcharges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns:
We do not to offer returns or exchanges on items that are shipped outside of the United States. In the rare circumstance that an item arrives defective, any return claim must be handled under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
If the incorrect item is shipped to you by mistake, we will make arrangements for replacement or the item or provide a full refund. However, we require photo documentation of the discrepency and reserve the right to make a final decision on any refund requests.
