Affordability and easy maintenance make Power House Ice Eaters a perfect solution for private docks, boat houses, and slips. Ice Eaters work by drawing warmer water from the bottom of the body of water and circulating it at the surface to prevent ice from forming. Each unit is enclosed in a patented PVC shroud that protects the motor and allows the user to more precisely direct the flow of water.

Power House's full selection of Ice Eaters in 110 and 230 volt can clear areas ranging from 25' to 80' in diameter. From their popular 3/4 HP deicer to their smallest 1/4 HP deicer, Power House has an Ice Eater to accommodate nearly any application. In fact, they are the only manufacturer to offer a 1/4 HP deicer for smaller applications like personal docks. Most Ice Eaters are hung by suspension lines (included with the deicer) but there are a number configurations, including a shallow water stand for low depths and duck hunting.
