Navy Anchor
The navy anchor is a traditional anchor that combines the fluke principle with bulk and weight providing boaters with an excellent holding power-to-weight ratio. The navy anchor is a good all around anchor for the small boat as the flukes will dig into firm bottoms, and it will sink into silt and mud bottoms much as a mushroom anchor will. The weight of this anchor will also help it drop through weedy patches to get a firm set. The shaft and flukes fold flat making the navy anchor easy to stow on a small boat.
The Boater Sports Navy Anchor is made of cast iron with a tough vinyl coating to help protect both the anchor, and more importantly, your boat.
