Mushroom Anchor - Vinyl Coated
Mushroom anchors were designed for anchoring boats on mud or silt bottoms. The inverted mushroom cap of these anchors will sink into the bottom increasing their hold several times over their dead weight anchoring capacity. On hard or stony bottoms their anchoring capacity will be equivalent to their dead weight.
The Boater Sports Mushroom Anchor is made of cast iron, dipped in a durable vinyl coating that will protect the anchor, but more importantly it will help protect your boat from being marred by the anchor. Available as 8 lb., 10 lb., 15 lb. and 20 lb. anchors with red, blue or black vinyl coating, these anchors are a real bargain.
