DryWave Boat Air Dryer
A DryWave Boat Air Dryer will keep your boat dry and free from mold and mildew through the damp fall and winter seasons. A superior solution to messy chemicals that require dumping or draining, the DryWave boat air dryer will gently warm an enclosed space, increasing the dew point and stopping surface condensation that often leads to mold and mildew, moisture rot, water stains and corrosion. Designed for cool moist climates, a DryWave Air Dryer is at its most efficient in temperatures between 32°F to 65°F. The DryWave Air Dryer handles enclosed spaces of up to 1,000 cu.ft., and the unique and compact DryWave 100 handles spaces of up to 100 cu. ft.

How the DryWave Air Dryer works:
Place the Air Dryer on the floor in any damp, enclosed space and plug into a 110/120 volt outlet. The DryWave Air Dryer is on and operating whenever it is plugged in. for optimal performance, be sure that air flow around the unit is unrestricted and unobstructed. The DryWave Air Dryer is designed with a low wattage heating unit and no moving parts, which makes it safe to operate for extended periods of time, even when unattended. The air is gently heated to the point moisture is held in suspension (above dew point), then released through the top vents of the device. As the warmed air rises, cooler damp air is drawn in, where it too is heated.
As an added safety precaution, the DryWave Air Dryer has a thermal cut-off switch that will allow the unit to cool to a normal operating temperature should it overheat for any reason. Once the normal operating temperature has been reached, the switch will automatically reset and tur the unit back on. |
