Mustang 6F Classic Inflatable Collar PFD
The Mustang Classic Inflatable Collar PFD is a lightweight design that combines field-tested reliability with T-Shirt comfort, making it perfect for any boating activity and virtually weightless for the wearer. Made with durable 420-Denier Nylon and a non-corrosive quick release buckle, the Mustang Classic is built to last. The compact design lays flat against the chest increasing the comfort of the life jacket, making it a comfortable fit both uninflated and while inflated. The Mustang Classic has 35 lb buoyancy when inflated though the average person generally needs only 7 lb buoyancy to float. Available in Manual or Automatic Models.
The Mustang Classic Manual PFD includes a 6F inflator that activates by pull cord.
The Mustang 6F Classic Automatic PFD includes Automatic Bobbin inflation that incorporates a small bobbin containing a compressed cellulose powder that, when immersed in water, dissolves and activates the firing mechanism that inflates the PFD. The Mustang 6F Classic Automatic PFD also includes back up manual inflation that activates by pull cord.
